Association Home Care is Hiring a Registered Nurse (PRN) - Home Care Near Lakeland, FL
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
- Evaluate and assess patient to determine their appropriateness for care
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
Qualifications
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida
- Able to pass AHCA Level II Background Screening
- Must have minimum of 1 year experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse completing skilled nursing visits
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Current First aid/CPR certification required
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
