As an Account Executive Home Care at our home care agency, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels among existing clients. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the home care industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Business Development:**
- Identify and prioritize potential clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and physician practices.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Utilize networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques to establish connections and secure meetings with key decision-makers.
2. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. **Sales and Revenue Generation:**
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs established by management.
- Track sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Very outgoing with strong persuasive skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites and meetings.
