Parx Home Health Care of Tampa, formerly known as Seacoast Home Health is currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse's to join our team. As one of our Registered Nurses, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-home nursing care to our clients throughout Hillsborough County. The successful candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and have excellent clinical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventative care strategies
- Document all care provided in electronic medical records accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and regulations
- Participate in regular team meetings and clinical reviews
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience
- CPR certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
