Description
Full-time (35 hours per week)
Job Duties:
Handle all aspects of billing, including the gathering of pertinent information; follow up on outstanding information; email invoices; process payments; maintain AP records; follow up on outstanding AP
Must know Medicaid billing
Assist with Bank reconciliations
Learn the accounts receivable desk; cover for AR staff during absences
Prepare daily cash control sheets
Maintain fixed asset schedule
Assist with record keeping for insurance including prepaid expense adjustments
Benefits for full-time only.
Job Types: Temp to Full-time
Requirements
High School Equivalent
Finance Office Experience
Knowledge of Fundeasy and Medicaid Billing a plus
