Summary of the Fabrication Production Trainee position :
- Location : Kearney, Nebraska
- Schedule : 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday 4 : 15 PM - 2 : 45 AM with overtime potential on Fridays
- Compensation : $18.50 / hour depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Fabrication Production Trainee :
- Perform basic to intermediate production tasks under supervision including machine operation, CNC equipment training, assembly and painting.
- Maintain equipment in good condition and report any issues to supervision promptly.
Qualifications and Skills required for the Fabrication Production Trainee position :
- Previous machine operation experience is required.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading is preferred.
- Basic mechanical and mathematical skills acquired through vocational training or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
