Summary of the Fabrication Production Trainee position:

• Location: Kearney, Nebraska
• Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM with overtime potential on Fridays
• Compensation: $18.50/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Fabrication Production Trainee:

• Perform basic to intermediate production tasks under supervision including machine operation, CNC equipment training, assembly and painting.
• Utilize material handling equipment such as hoists, cranes and forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and report any issues to supervision promptly.

Qualifications and Skills required for the Fabrication Production Trainee position:

• Previous machine operation experience is required.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading is preferred.
• Basic mechanical and mathematical skills acquired through vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
