Responsibilities of the Bilingual Human Resources Assistant :

• Employee Relations : Communicate effectively with all employees to address and resolve employment-related issues.
• Collaboration : Work closely with senior management and supervisors to share information, solve problems and provide coaching.
• HR Processes : Plan, design, and deliver HR programs aligned with business goals.
• Projects and Representation : Participate in key HR projects and represent the company professionally to various external stakeholders.
• Confidentiality and Service : Handle sensitive information daily with the utmost discretion and provide top-notch service to all employees.
• Communication : Exhibit above-average oral and written communication skills.
• Team Collaboration : Work well with people at all levels within the organization.

Qualifications for the Bilingual Human Resources Assistant position :

• Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish
• Skills : Proven ability to present, resolve conflicts and provide excellent service.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build relationships at all company levels.
• Motivation : Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong HR and Health and Safety skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
