Responsibilities of the Bilingual Human Resources Assistant :

  • Employee Relations : Communicate effectively with all employees to address and resolve employment-related issues.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with senior management and supervisors to share information, solve problems and provide coaching.
  • HR Processes : Plan, design, and deliver HR programs aligned with business goals.
  • Projects and Representation : Participate in key HR projects and represent the company professionally to various external stakeholders.
