We have a maintenance opportunity with a Minden company. The Maintenance position is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of the facility. This role involves basic repairs on the building and machines, snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, addressing facility-related issues and maintaining plumbing in restrooms and breakrooms. Additionally, the Maintenance worker will handle tasks like changing locks and door handles and other general maintenance duties as assigned.
Summary of the Maintenance position:

• Day shift
• Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM
• $18-22/hour DOE
• Permanent employment opportunity

Duties and Responsibilities of the Maintenance worker:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the facility in optimal condition.
• Conduct basic repairs on the building and machinery as needed.
• Shovel snow to maintain safe pathways during winter months.
• Take care of landscaping and outdoor maintenance.
• Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained.
• Address any leaks or basic plumbing issues in restrooms and breakrooms.
• Change locks and door handles to enhance security and functionality.
• Handle other general maintenance tasks as assigned.
