Summary of the Maintenance Tech position :
- Location : Cozad, Nebraska
- Schedule : 1st shift
- Pay : $25 / hour
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Tech :
- Conduct routine upkeep of property structures and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams for wiring and structural designs
Qualifications for the Maintenance tech position :
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience with electrical systems including 110V, 240V and 480V 3 Phase wiring
- Familiarity with PLC logic is preferred
