We're seeking talented welders to join a great team and contribute to the fabrication of high-quality assemblies meeting rigorous strength and pressure requirements.

Summary of the Welder position :

• Location : Lindsay, Nebraska
• Schedule : 1st shift 5 AM - 3 : 30 PM or 2nd shift 3 : 30 PM - 2 AM
• Pay : $23 / hour

Responsibilities of the Welder :

• Perform wire welding on a variety of metals and alloys including aluminum, stainless steel and more.
• Conduct spot welding operations on various parts of products.
• Position, align and fit together fabricated plates, structural shapes and weldments in preparation for assembly into structural fabricated products.

Requirements for the Welder position :

• Proven experience as a welder
• Pass a welding test
• Possession of a professional certification (e.g., an AWS welding certificate) will be a significant advantage.
• Availability for overtime including weekends when required.
• Proper understanding and processing of work orders.
• Proficiency with a variety of welding equipment and procedures (MIG, MMA, etc.).
• Familiarity with electrical or manual tools (tape measures, saws, squares, calipers, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Reading blueprints and drawings, and taking or reading measurements to plan layout and procedures.
• Deftness and impeccabel attention to detail.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of safety standards and a commitment to using protective clothing (face-shield, gloves, etc.).
