Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer-facing roles preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel software is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
