Assisting Hands of Cary is Hiring a Wonderful CNA needed in New Hill Near New Hill, NC

OPEN Permanent Position in New Hill
Monday - Friday 4pm-9pm
Weekends 4hr shifts flexible times.

Male with Parkinson's
ADL's

Medications 5x/day
Assist with dressing and undressing as needed
Meal prep for every meal
Light housekeeping to keep his room and bathroom tidy
Guide physical therapy exercises
Verbal cues when walking (telling him to “take big steps” if he gets stuck/frozen)
Emotional reassurance for anxiety and confusion, reviewing calendar of plans
Some basic iPhone and iPad support
Some bathing help with showers

Client is looking for a caregiver that meets the following criteria:

Clients Interests:

Will spend most days reading the paper or New Yorker, listening to NPR, watching local news, weather, and sports, and watching basketball (Duke and the Warriors).
