OPERATIONS ANALYST A Multi-billion dollar global asset manager is seeking an Operations Analyst Duties and Responsibilities: Perform and monitor various daily operational processes including Valuation, Reconciliations, Collateral and Cash Management Provide support to various internal teams, such are trading, portfolio management and compliance teams Monitor third party counterparties / partners (FCM’s, Fund Administrators, OMS) to ensure settlements and accuracy of NAV Assist in performance attribution Assist with ad-hoc special projects Assist in onboarding new clients and funds Document Key Operational Procedures Help identify and support process improvement opportunities Skills /Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of experience in middle office of a bank, hedge fund or administrator Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of full trade life cycle for Futures, Total Return Swaps and FX Ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure Self-motivated, team oriented and logical thinker Keen attention to detail Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and ability to take initiative Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel (i.e. macros, vlookups pivot tables) Experience with Enfusion (Integrata), and SS&C Hedge Fund Services strongly preferred Company Overview Mizuho Americas is a leading financial institution comprising several legal entities, which together offer clients corporate and investment banking, financing, securities, treasury services, asset management, research and more.
