- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed
- Ability to crawl under desks and work in tight spaces
- A working knowledge of PC computer systems, hardware,
- Proficient with Windows 11 and Office 365
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication and
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Skilled in efficiently prioritizing and executing tasks
- Candidates must be patient, proactive, have a strong work ethic
- Ability to work long hours/weekends when needed
- Valid drivers license
- Personal vehicle (required when travelling to District and
person to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use
- Perform hardware/software installations, as well as printers,
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues and
- Research and test new trends in technology
- Document issues and update resolutions in ticket tracking

- Occasional travel to District and Regional offices throughout the
- Experience in customer service or a call center setting
- Familiarity with hosting Video Conferencing applications
- Basic knowledge of Remote Access Desktop Software (KACE,
