Job Description

We are seeking a Office Administrator to become a part of our team! You will help manage all activities related to office operations. This job is principally based in Sioux Falls, SD.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all pre- and post-transaction document preparation and archive.
  • Work directly with Controller to manage accounts payable and create tenant communications as necessary.
  • Assist with establishing standard operating and archival procedures.
  • Receive and log accounts payables into Yardi and QuickBooks accounting system.
  • Work directly with Property Portfolio Manager to solicit vendor bids and resolve tenant issues.
  • Assist Vice President with document preparation for all aspects of the business.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for members of the organization.
  • Perform general office management tasks including, but not limited to replenishing office supplies, distributing and receiving mail, managing documents, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or related work.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a GED or high school diploma
  • Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Ability to use core Microsoft Office Suite Programs
  • Experience with Yardi Breeze Premier and QuickBooks preferred
