The Senior Paralegal provides critical paralegal and legal administrative support for the Legal and Records Departments.The position reports directly to the Associate General Counsel with a dotted line of report to all other attorneys in the Legal Department, including Corporate Counsel and the General Counsel.The Senior Paralegal supports the Legal and Records Departments across all areas, including business licensing and registration, document management, litigation holds, corporate governance, organizing contracts, and taking a leadership role over the proxy and annual election processes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Supervise all employees within the department. Responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, disciplining, coaching and training, addressing and resolving employee concerns, planning, assigning, directing work and assessing job performance.
