Aspirus Ironwood Hospital in Ironwood, MI is seeking an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to join our team!

Duties Include:

• Serves as administrative assistant to the executive team.
• Performs miscellaneous clerical duties including but not limited to: arranging meetings, typing, coordinating schedules, maintaining filing system, completing forms, handling correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements.
• Coordinates special events and projects.

HOURS: This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period. Day Shift.

Experience/Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field required, or knowledge of administrative assistant practices and procedures normally acquired through completion of such program.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Certified Administrative Professional or Certified Professional Secretary designation beneficial.

Aspirus Ironwood Hospital includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, multi-specialty clinic, satellite clinic in Wisconsin, surgical clinic, walk-in clinic and a home health agency. Ironwood's service area covers approximately 30,000 people. The hospital has a 4 bed ICU, 3 bed OB unit, and 4 surgical units. The emergency department is staffed 24/7 with ER physicians, with approximately 12,000 visits annually. The hospital's inpatient census is 10 patients per day. The outpatient clinic has over 50,000 visits annually.
