Aspirion Health Resources is Hiring a Remote Product Manager - Reporting & Analytics

What do we need?

As a Senior Product Manager, you help set and execute a strategic product direction to deliver demonstrative value to Aspirion and to our clients. Your core responsibility is to collaborate with Aspirion internal operations and external clients to define and evolve the product’s vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lastly, you will partner with engineering teams to deliver measurable results.

What will you provide?

  • Develop impact models for proposed initiatives.
  • Contribute to the definition and maintenance of the Aspirion outcome-based product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop and maintain product and release backlogs.
  • Measure effectiveness through clearly defined results – not quantity of stories delivered.
  • Assist with business strategic decisions such as build, buy, partner; pricing; and innovation initiatives.
  • Create go-to-market plans with cross-functional leaders, including sales support materials.

  • Adapt yourself and your team to evolving market conditions, regulatory changes, organizational growth, and client needs.
  • Demonstrate the humility to acknowledge you don’t have all the answers and are willing to ask for help to achieve the Aspirion mission.

  • Solve problems that don’t have a clear “book answer” through creative thinking and problem solving.

Education and Experience

  • 9 aggregate years of product management experience partnering with distributed product development teams to deliver enterprise B2B solutions.
  • 4 years demonstrated delivery of reporting and analytics solutions for multiple external enterprise customers, including role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with US healthcare RCM operations or service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, and able to inspire and motivate customers and employees through written and verbal communications that are clear, concise, elegant, and persuasive.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $100,000.00 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location, and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, a performance bonus is included that is tied to achieved results.
