Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform all necessary major repairs and refurbishing projects.

2. Perform drywall repair

3. Painting and the necessary wall preparation

4. Minor plumbing repairs and replacement

5. Minor electrical repairs, replacement and installation of fixtures

6. General clean-up of facilities and grounds

7. General construction of walls, showers rooms, etc.

8. Demolition of existing structures

9. Flooring installation

10. General construction projects at facilities

11. One week out of each month, VP of Safety and Facility Management reserves the right to have them travel outside their territory to complete similar projects at other locations.

12. Maintain documentation, as directed (for example time, travel and expense reports, will need to swipe at each facility worked at to appropriately account for expenses)

13. Demonstrate respect and compassion in every interaction.

14. Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity in every interaction.

15. Perform other duties as assigned.
