Aspire Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Clinical Services to join our growing family!

We are searching for a Director of Clinical Serviices to join our community that is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. Responsible for the overall management of a facility.

4.Set and monitor achievement of goals and objectives for the nursing department consistent with established philosophy and standards of practice.

5.Recruit and hire a sufficient number of qualified nursing staff to deliver efficient resident care in accordance with the established staffing plan.

6.Establish, implement, and continually update competency/skills checklists for nursing staff.

7.Prepare and assure adherence to an annual operating budget for the nursing department.

8.Maintain and guide the implementation of current policies and procedures, which reflect adherence to corporate and external regulatory guidelines.

9.Assure compliance with resident rights policies and work to resolve resident grievances.

10.Establish and monitor compliance with an effective medical record documentation system.

11.Establish and maintain productive lines of communication with residents and families, internal staff and external community.

12.Prepare and submit reports on nursing department operations, as required.

13.Actively participate in the quality improvement process for the facility.

14.Participate in and/or provide inservice education sessions.

15.Attend and participate in department/facility meeting, as required.

16.Schedule, direct and document regular meetings with nursing staff to assure effective communication.

17.Participate in facility program development activities.

18.Access continuing education opportunities appropriate to discipline and responsibilities.

19.Assist surveyors and inspectors to facilitate regulatory compliance.

20.Directs Nursing and Care Plan Team.

21.Must complete Preceptor Training.

22.May be trained and assigned to perform the Customer Care Liaison duties as needed.

23.Perform other duties, as assigned.
