Job Description: We are looking for an in-house Graphic Designer to help elevate our creative and bring the brand to life. This individual will be responsible for developing all content and creative, as well as partnering on integrated marketing campaigns. This role will report into the VP, Marketing and will work closely with the Marketing team, agency partners, and key cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a passion for design and the ability to work across various consumer touchpoints. You are a clear communicator, detail-oriented with a hands-on approach, and are able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. 
• Partner with Marketing leads to execute graphic design requests, including social, packaging, displays/POS, etc.
• Actively manage a pipeline of graphic design work and communicate the work prioritization 
• Support broader organizational creative needs on cross-functional initiatives (i.e. sales presentations, sell sheets)
• With strategic guidance from the VP of Marketing, build upon the current visual identity of the brand to elevate our brand’s look, tone, and feel
Skills & Experience• Self-starter with a positive attitude and creative energy who collaborates well with others
• 4 years of work experience in creative or marketing. Design experience in CPG and/or working on a small, high-growth brand are a plus
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong planning, project management, time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible, move fast and pivot quickly
