As a food service director in a long-term care facility, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the food service program. This includes menu planning, food preparation, ordering supplies, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role you should have a strong background in food service management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

*CDM or CFM is required*

  • Previous Experience Required

Competitive pay based on experience

Salary Range: $58,000-$72,000

Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

  • Must have completed an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association and state agencies.
  • ServeSafe certification is preferred.
  • CDM or CFM certification is required.
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in a supervisor capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility or other related medical field is preferred.
  • Must have training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
  • COVID vaccination is required.
