ASPEN GROUP OF COMPANIES is Hiring a Project Coordinator - Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Projects Near Houston, TX

We are seeking a committed Engineering, Procurement and Construction EPC Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering, procurement, and construction projects from start to finish. This includes sales, admin, planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the project to ensure successful completion within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee the bidding process and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits
- Implement quality management processes to ensure high standards of workmanship
- Manage change orders and variations in scope of work
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders

- Business development and sales

- Admin and clerical duties

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, sales, project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using project management software tools (e.g., MS Office, Data base, Drawings softwares)
- Familiarity with contract management and PMP, P.Eng.
- Experience in production planning and scheduling
- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials
- Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
- Expertise in supply chain management for construction projects
- Strong analytical skills for cost estimation and price negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
