Position Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for analyzing and documenting current systems functions to understand the business’ current issues/pain points and recommend changes to existing applications or interfaces. This individual will play a role in understanding business operations and strategies, gathering business requirements, performing use case analysis, providing functional support for IT applications and services, supporting functional and user acceptance testing, and providing project management and coordination services. Ability to influence and drive organizational change throughout the organization will be key.
The ideal candidate is process-oriented and brings both, strong technical acumen with data and business acumen to help inform & influence our team's continued growth and evolution.
