ASM Global, is seeking to hire a Maintenance Program Manager at the Broward County Convention Center. The Maintenance Program Manager is responsible for handling daily operations of the Altum Work Order system, and ancillary administrative items for the Facilities Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for generating, distributing, tracking, maintaining, coordinating, and closing out work orders using Bigfoot and Altum CMMS software. Coordinate onboarding and training for new CMMS software users, companywide. Assist with conducting routine facility and pre-event inspections for the Facilities and Engineering Department. Create and maintain all Preventative Maintenance (PM) Work Orders in software. Maintain filing and tracking system for BCCC facility blueprints and other project documents. Generate work orders from incident reports, regular facility inspections and external safety audits. Create weekly and monthly reports, graphs, and charts showcasing departmental efficiencies. Perform event day responsibilities for any and all events that take place on site. Support the Facilities Department in the Event Operations Center as dispatcher for all major events. Recognize and address Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for BCCC and all other stakeholders. All other duties as assigned. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree, preferred.1 – 2 years prior facility, operations, or administrative experience. Similar experience in convention centers, hotels, and F&B facility a plus. Skills and Abilities Excellent organization, oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Work independently, exercising judgement, problem-solving abilities and initiative. Demonstrate knowledge in maintenance and operational procedures, facility capabilities, industry terminology, and event-related services. Openness to learning, growing, and following direction. Professional appearance and demeanor, as well as a friendly, positive personality with excellent customer service skills. Excels at analytical and critical thinking ability. Enjoys working in both an individual and team atmosphere. Strong attention to detailed, highly organized with quality of work, and punctual with deadlines. Computer Skills Operate and be proficient utilizing standard office equipment and personal computer(s) using Outlook, MS Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS. General competency with navigating online software and programs.
