JOB DESCRIPTION :

Assist Account Opening Team with reviewing and submitting applications and forms, including tracking progress, and resolving any issues

Scanning documents into CabinetSafe

Help with client onboarding and tracking, including preparation of LOEs, Courtesy Letters, PIF submission and approval, Add sheets, Salesforce

Client terminations, including Final Fee calculations, preparation of Termination Package, and Delete sheets

Accounts Receivables, including reviewing and finalizing quarterly client billings and fee debits

Reviewing client investment fees for accuracy, preparing fee change forms for client and advisor signatures, tracking completion

Gather documents for Quarterly Fee Reviews and Quarterly Risk Testing for new Account Openings

Assist with ad hoc projects and document gathering for audits and other reviews

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must possess and display excellent organization and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities

Strong attention to detail

Follow up and monitoring of time sensitive tasks

Must have strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel and ability to learn new programs

Ability to work with numbers

Financial / banking background preferred, but not required

College degree preferred, but not required Primary Bank
