Job Title : HR Recruiting Coordinator

Location : Alpharetta, GA

Duration : 12-Months Contract (Possible extension)

Pay Range is $25 to 29.62 / hr. on W2

Job Description :

Manages the intake process for employees requesting reasonable accommodations for medical and religious requests, ensuring a smooth and confidential experience

• Collaborates with HR and BU Managers / Leaders alike to gather pertinent information as part of the interactive process
• Facilitates communication between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team and other relevant stakeholders (ie.

Ergo Team, BU Admin, etc)

• Partners closely with Reasonable Accommodation team as part of the interactive process to ensure seamless process
• Documents and maintains accurate, appropriate and timely case notes and status via Firm centralized systems - HRCM and AskHR - from conception to close
• Manages Reasonable Accommodations case distribution in Firm centralized system - AskHR
• Escalates pertinent matters as necessary throughout the accommodations process
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in accommodation process
• Continuously assess and improve the efficiency of the intake and administrative process

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with at least 2-3 years of HR Coordinator / Recruiting experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect
• Strong organizational, thorough communication skills
• Excellent judgement; knows when the escalate
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders
• Experience dealing with sensitive matters and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience in coordinating accommodation requests or similar roles is preferred
