Compensation:
$58,000-$103,000 annually (dependent on experience and education)
W2 Model
Requirements:
Must be fully licensed in the state of Louisiana
LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC
Excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are required
Therapists who are interested in working with families, couples, children, and adolescents or have had training or are certified in EMDR are encouraged to apply

IBH is a premier outpatient mental health facility dedicated to improving the lives of our clients. We are a diverse private practice group of professionals dedicated to treating children, adolescents, and adults coping with a wide array of psychological conditions. We provide coordination of care with a multidisciplinary, integrated approach, with expertise in psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and the most up-to-date alternative treatments, such as TMS and Spravato, for treating depression.
