- Implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Collect and analyze data.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for individuals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of special education principles and practices.
- Familiarity with behavioral health theories and interventions.
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to developmental disabilities and autism.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders.
- Skill in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform treatment planning.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
