Sierra Meadows & Ascend Behavioral Health is Hiring a Clinical Supervisor - Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health Near Fresno, CA

Description

WHO WE ARE

Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to support exciting growth in our organization. We are looking for a leader to join our team with strong clinical skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves sharing your expertise and passion by mentoring, coaching, and training clinicians.

At Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health, we envision a community where everyone has access to the mental health care they need and deserve. Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health is a locally owned and operated organization: our vision for this company began from our first-hand experiences, witnessing the tragic effects of a community with unmet behavioral health needs.

Founded in 2019, our companies have experienced steady and consistent growth in the Central Valley. As we continue to expand services with new ventures, locations, and levels of care, we are seeking strategic and dynamic individuals to join our team. At Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health we serve adults with moderate to severe mental illness. We have 12 mental health inpatient beds, 6 Detox/substance use disorder inpatient beds, a Partial Hospitalization Program, and an Intensive Outpatient Program.

This is a team-oriented environment, where our clinical and direct care teams are encouraged to collaborate, support, and assist one another to enable optimal functioning of the program as a whole. In addition to collaboration and support, as a company we value respect, transparency, humility, and authenticity, and look for those that embody these qualities.
