AUECC is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor that has the drive to engage, train, guide, and be a mentor to a fantastic team of Production Operators.

Responsibilities

• 3 years’ work experience supervising/managing personnel in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Works and promotes safety, environmental excellence, and drives quality.
• Maintain compliance and responsibility for all safety and environmental systems.
• Drives team unity between all departments and continuous improvements.
• Maintain staff performance through routine feedback, training plans, performance appraisal systems, and recognition/discipline systems.
• Develop and maintain employee scheduling and time and attendance.
• Leader of Process Control systems, non-conforming product system, product storage and preservation, delivery, and service systems.
• Manage the routine logistics required to stock warehouses.
• Provides training to Production Operators.
• Meet budget goals and record all expenditures and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and a proven aptitude and ability to master computer software.
• Daily interaction with the Maintenance Personnel to maintain optimum equipment condition and performance.
• Interact and cooperate with all departments.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related technical background preferred.
• 3 years’ work experience in manufacturing required.
• Chemical plant or semiconductor fab operation experience preferred.
• Written and verbal communications, fluency in English.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and a proven aptitude and ability to master computer software.
