SUMMARY
Employee will be responsible for monitoring the production process and identifying non-conformances to Ashton Potter and customers quality specifications. Must be able to communicate with production operators and management on all quality issues, including documentation, product disposition, process improvement and applicable procedures. Also responsible for ensuring that all customer products are secure and fully accountable at all times. Use various methods to track exact quantities and location, including work in process, of all product and goods of value.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
Communicate with independent laboratories.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand. Must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision (must be able to pass color differentiation test), and ability to adjust focus.
