We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring smooth operations within the firm. Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys with case management, including correspondence.

- Maintain organized and accurate case files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are filed appropriately.

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and courteously.

- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, photocopying, and filing.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in personal injury law.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software (e.g., Clio, MyCase).

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

- Professional demeanor and appearance.

- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures preferred.

- Associate’s degree or certification in legal studies is a plus.
