Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

- Assist with case investigations and discovery

- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations

- Collaborate with team members to strategize and develop case strategies

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

- Admission to the California State Bar

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent research and analytical abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
