Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists with the installation, maintenance, and operation of a network, as needed.
• Diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems.
• Maintains a working knowledge of the latest technical procedures and practices related to systems operation and performance, capacity issues, and telecommunications equipment deployment and maintenance.
• Responds and assists with helpdesk tickets.
• Maintains and troubleshoots VOIP system.
• Provide support for software applications.
• Assist with the inventory management of desktops, laptops, printers, and other personal hardware assets.
• Maintain a office 365 environment including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, Planner.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• Maintain multiple Hyper V instances and the ability to troubleshoot issues.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or its equivalent..
• Technical support certification (CompTIA A or equivalent) preferred
• Equivalent work experience can be substituted for certifications
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
• Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.
