As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to join our team.
The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operational functions of our retail locations and distribution center with additional responsibilities in facilities maintenance. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in MS Office Suite and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, creating agendas, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
· Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and maintain data in relevant systems and databases. Ensure data integrity and consistency.
· Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to inform decision making.
· Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
· Office Management: Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as necessary.
· Facilities Maintenance: Manage facilities inbox and address maintenance concerns. Ensure routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs. Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repairs as needed.
· Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures as appropriate.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.
· 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
