We are growing and seeking a talented Guest Experience Lead with previous experience supervising others.

The Guest Experience Lead manages a team of Guest Experience Associates that are assisting customers with a variety of needs. As a Guest Experience Lead, you would be required to:

• Handle all escalated customer issue's, research issues and brings to resolution complex situations by using sound judgment and following company policies and guidelines
• Assist customers with financing, take payment, explain delivery process, warranty, and answer any other questions that arise during the purchasing process
• Handle a high volume of inquiries and difficult issues with professionalism
• Have excellent follow-through ability and possess outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Requirements

• 2 years of customer service or office management experience, preferably in an office or retail setting
• Outstanding customer service skills and enthusiastic personality
• High energy
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
• Strong administrative skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office products, primarily excel
• Able to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries
