Physical Job Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
• Be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to be mobile to work between our pay station, tunnel and vacuum areas

Expectations:

• Welcome guests using the Hang 10 standards of customer excellence
• Drives sales of monthly Shaka Club memberships by making every customer you interact with aware of program
• Manage towel exchange program
• Manage point of sale system to assist with customer information, membership sales, dog wash sales, gift card sales and any other customer requests
• Answer phones and work with our third party customer service vendor to handle any/all customer service issues
• Handle any Internet inquiries
• Manage dog wash program/scheduling
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby
• Engage all customers who come into the lobby and/or are introduced by other team members
• Smiling and engaging with guests
• Work to solve any guest issues that may arise
• Use Shaka Sign to thank exiting guests
• Consistently uphold company policies
