Ashland High School seeks support personnel for the English Learner Education (ELE) program.

• Ability to work closely with all education professionals within the ELE program, the Special Education program, and in regular education classrooms. 
• Support English Learner students with and without IEPs in developing English language listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in content area classrooms, ELE classrooms, and academic support settings including but not limited to math and science.
• Work with students individually and in small groups, and/or assist the collaborating teacher in addressing student and building needs.

Associate or Bachelors degree, experience working with students who receive ELE instruction preferred. Must be flexible and willing to work with a variety of students at all Language proficiency levels levels and teachers in a variety of subject areas.
