About us

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests
- Provide information about daily specials, promotions, and menu items
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
- Process payments using the POS system (TOAST POS)
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services
- Familiarity with the Toast system is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

The position leave a lot of room for growth. Including crosstraining in various other parts of the restaurant.

Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
