Position Summary:Reporting to the Chief Underwriting Officer, U.S., the Head of Credit Exposure, U.S. will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee credit review and approval processes in the U.S. Insurance underwriting division, ensuring the development and implementation of effective policies, guidelines, and procedures for credit-sensitive products and management of counter-party credit risk.

Compensation
Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, and skills. The base pay is just one component of Ascot’s total employee compensation package. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives, and other forms of discretionary compensation awarded by the Company. The annualized base pay range for this role is $220,000 - $260,000.
