```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with guest services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are an advantage for effective communication with diverse guests
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
