We are currently seeking a dynamic Scheduling Specialist to join our team in the construction / homebuilding industry. As a Scheduling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of rough and trim schedules, as well as overseeing various aspects of project scheduling.

You will work closely with builders to coordinate schedules, maintain master schedules, and ensure timely inspections. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Schedule : Monday Friday ; 7 : 0a0am 4 : 00pm

Pay : $19 / hour (No flex, but opportunity to grow)

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Schedule all Rough and Trims in ComputerEase and communicate schedules to relevant parties.
• Utilize Supply Pro to schedule and liaise with Builders regarding roughs and trims.
• Maintain master schedules, revising and alerting appropriate departments or clients of any changes or delays.
• Coordinate inspections for underslab, tugs, roughs, tug changeovers, and pre-power stages.
• Pay failed inspection fees and document inspection outcomes on shared drives.
• Liaise with counties to resolve any issues preventing inspection scheduling.
• Monitor job sites via multiple builder websites.
• Provide coverage for other locations when team members are absent.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities :

• Reliable and extremely trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
• Ability to learn and navigate ComputerEase and other software systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and stay focused on tasks.
• Team player with a willingness to learn new procedures.

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 4 years of scheduling experience preferred.
• 3 years of data entry preferred.

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
