Ascendo Resources is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Miami, FL
Reference: PMCD - DG
Property management company in Doral seeking an accounting clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting.
- Review and analyze accounting data.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transfers.
- Validate accounting information.
- Proficient in operating Nexus and Vantaca software.
- Available to start immediately.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Benefits:
- Weekly Pay
- After 30 days: Health, Dental, Vision, GAP, Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness and Life Insurance.
- Holiday Pay: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Milestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 1200 hours.
