Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong track record of success in handling cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Prepare for and participate in negotiations, mediations, and hearings
• Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and arbitrations
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar
• 1-5 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
