Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 3 to 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Manage full recruitment cycle for designated locations.
• Onboarding the candidates ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience.
• Coordinates new hire onboarding with manager or supervisor including new hire and safety training.
• Participates in Job Fairs at colleges and local community events
• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable communicating issues.
• Maintains strict confidentiality.
• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed:

• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle process.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.
• Good organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• Minimum of three years experience in HR.
