We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 3 to 4 years of experience. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. Responsibilities and Tasks:- Manage full recruitment cycle for designated locations.
- Onboarding the candidates ensuring they have a positive onboarding experience.
- Coordinates new hire onboarding with manager or supervisor including new hire and safety training.
- Participates in Job Fairs at colleges and local community events
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable communicating issues.
- Maintains strict confidentiality.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills Needed:- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle process.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.
- Good organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Minimum of three years experience in HR.
