Inbound Customer Service Representative Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

Answer large amounts of inbound calls and / or messages

Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and / or alternatives

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Must have some computer experience

Inbound Customer Service Representative Shift Info

Day Shift, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm

Monday - Friday

Inbound Customer Service Representative Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Must be bilingual

Customer Service Representative experience preferred

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Must work as part of a team

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US
