Compensation
$17.00-$18.00/HR plus a monthly bonus
The Assistant Branch Manager role is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the branch. The position manages applicable office staff as well as recruiting and completing processes that are essential for a successful branch such as interviewing, client contacting, and processing payroll.

Assistant Branch Manager Essential Functions and Duties
- Responsible for recruitment, selection, training, coaching, counseling, and termination of temporary employees
- Identify prospect opportunities and assist in presentations
- Oversee and assist with the day-to-day operations of our branch office, including recruitment, placement of temporary employees, on-call rotations and accurate record keeping
- Ensure that all branch data is accurately entered to ensure data integrity
- Assure delivery of superior customer service to all clients.
- Maintain visibility in professional and business communities
- Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients from the sales representative to the branch
Assistant Branch Manager Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Previous experience in staffing or recruiting preferred
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, and written
- Must be self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts and skills
- Proven ability to deliver the highest level of customer service and motivate others to do the same
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
Assistant Branch Manager Working Conditions
- Occasional travel is required
- Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- May work above 40 hours per week as required
