Ascend Autism is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children adolescents. We are seeking an experienced Front Desk & Customer Service Coordinator to manage the front desk and triage in-bound calls and correspondence from prospective customers. In addition, the role will support the overall new customer enrollment process, as well as ongoing customer service. The role will also be responsible for daily monitoring of support requests from existing employees, as well as existing customers. They will report to the Operations Manager and work in collaboration with the administrative and clinical teams, as necessary.
