As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team.

This Procurement Supervisor position comes with a robust compensation and benefits package, with a yearly starting salary between $70,000-$75,000 per year commensurate with experience, with opportunity for growth. We also offer health benefits after 90 days, and a 401k with a 4% employer match, paid time off, and vacation time.

Requirements for the Procurement Supervisor position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1 years of purchasing experience

Responsibilities of the Procurement Supervisor:

• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers, subcontractors and vendors, and negotiating contracts and agreements with said suppliers, subcontractors and vendors while maintaining positive working partnerships and relationships;
• Collaborating with estimating team to ensure job budgets are being adhered to and developing and implementing strategies to negotiate favorable contract terms;
• Performing quality control to ensure procured items meet or exceed standards and addressing quality control issues promptly;
• Implementing inventory management to ensure proper levels of stock
• Overseeing the Nursery manager and nursery crew
• Other duties as assigned.
